FEET-XERCISE

t 1.TOE RAISE , TOE POINT, TOE CURL
-Hold each position for five seconds and repeat all three 10 times . Recommended for hammertoes and toe cramps.

2.BIG TOE PULLS
- place a thick rubber band them both big toes and pull them away from each other.Hold for five seconds and repeat 10 times.

3.THE GOLF BALL ROLL
-roll a golf ball under your fot two minutes . try this exercise if you suffer from heel pain , cramps or arch strain , or as general massage.

4.TOWEL CURLS
-Place a small towel flat on the floor and draw it towards you wiht your toes curled down. You can increse the resistance by putting a weight on the towel. relax ,then repeat five times . Good for hammertoes,toe cramps and pain in the ball of your foot,or for over-all strengthening
